Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally - we are happy to spread LOVE across the globe! Our international shipping rate is $10.

Hand Stamping.

All of our jewelry pieces are hand-stamped, which means that each one is totally unique. Each letter may vary slightly from the next, adding to the charm and soulful spirit of our necklaces. We like to think of them as being as perfectly imperfect as life!

Can I return or exchange my LOVE, REWRITTEN collection piece?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your collection piece for a full refund within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] for a return authorization code. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Can I return or exchange my custom  piece?

It is our hope that you will be happy with your custom piece. Because all custom pieces are made to order, all custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. If your custom piece arrives defective, please contact customer service at [email protected].

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. P.O. Boxes are allowed for billing purposes only, but orders must be shipped to a standard address.
